Mark Fischer
Grade 4
B.A. (Hons), B. Ed. (Primary/Junior Div.) Queen’s University, Ontario
After graduation Mr. Fischer taught Grade 4 at Valley Farm School in Pickering, Ontario. He came to us last year with outstanding references, all of which commented upon his professionalism, his excellent organizational skills, his flexibility and his boundless enthusiasm. His students and colleagues can now attest to the accuracy and veracity of those references.
Mr. Fischer has spent this summer taking a course -‘Introduction to Teaching the Gifted and Creative Child’ at University of British Columbia as well as beginning his studies for an M. Ed. He will be co-ordinating our Spring Science Fair again this year, and also organising our new ventures into the ‘Odyssey of the Mind’ Club.
