The Annual General Meeting
Date, Time and Place to be announced
Our Annual General Meeting will be held in either October or November 1996. The date will be announced early in the school year. All parents are welcome to attend this meeting which will receive reports from the Chairman, Treasurer and Headmistress, and approves the audited financial statements for the 1995/96 school year.

This is our most important fund raising event of the school year. Last year, we not only enjoyed a fantastic evening of fun, food and entertainment, but we also were the beneficiaries of $52,000, raised by the expertise, energy and generosity (not to say brilliance!) of our magnificent Gala Committee. The Parent Council will form a committee early in the New Year to plan this dinner and silent auction. Watch for announcements. Please put this very important date in your diary, and plan to invite your friends and family early. This is an evening not to be missed!
